Now that you have decided about your program and the time of joining, it is time to book that adventure of a lifetime. Below are the simple steps for you to understand the procedure.- Fill out the application form online. The form will ask you about your personal information and about your choice of volunteering program and destination.
- The third page will take you to PAYPAL website a 128bit Secure Site where you enter the Credit Card holders details to make a USD 150 / GBP 101 / Euro 113 Application Fee ( Depending on Your choice of Currency ) for processing your application, you can also pay by direct bank debit.
- Once your application and payment is done, you will receive a confirmation.
- We process your application and send you a Welcome email, informing you of the process.
- We will send you your placement details with 10 days from the date of application
- Once accepted, you would be advised to pay your Program Fee at least 45 days prior to you program start date, online through email. (We also accept last minute application if we have spots, so check with us at info@volunteeringindia.com)
- Once we receive the final payment, we would then send you your Pre Departure Info Kit, which would have all information regarding your program, city, things to bring, immunizations along with your airport welcome details.
