By Rail

Delhi has three major railway stations at New Delhi, Old Delhi, and Nizamuddin. Rajdhani express trains and Shatabdi Express trains connect Delhi and other state capitals. Delhi is connected to almost all the cities in India by super-fast and express trains.

By Road

Delhi Transport Corporation provides an efficient, comfortable, economical, coordinated bus services. Bus fare are very affordable. Delhi is well connected by road to the neighbouring states and popular tourist cities of Agra , Jaipur , Shimla , Nainital and Jodhpur.

Red Fort

Red fort is the one of Delhi’s most famous historical monuments, Red fort is made in red sandstone .It is built by shah Jajan, Its longest walls facing the town in the west and the rive Yamuna in the east. Red Fort is completed in 1648, it contains halls of private and public audience called Diwan-I-khas Diwan-I- Am. Each night a sound and light show takes place in the Red fort. the domed and arched marble places, private apartments, a mosque and designed gardens.

Jama Masjid
Jama masjid was built by the Mughal emperor shah Jahaj between 1644 to 1658.this womderful structure and is made up of red sandstone with white marble. Jama masjid is situated in old Delhi. It has three gateways, four towers and two minarets.

Humayun's Tomb

  Humayun’s Tomb and Taj mahal was built by his first wife Haji begum after his death from a fall in the stairs. After the died of Humayun his Persian wife Hamida Begum supervised the construction of this tomb from 1562-1572. It was designed by the Persian architect, situated on the bank of river Yamuna.

Qutub Minar
Qutub Minar is a major landmark of Delhi. Its construction began in the 12th century by the first Muslim ruler of India Qutub-Ud-din and was completed in the 13th century. Its height of 72.5 m. And the other hand is the Iron Pillar enclosed in the Qutub Minar complex of New Delhi

Purana Quila

The Old Fort was built by Mughal Emperor Humayn and Sher Shah, the fort has three gates and its walls are surrounded by a mat fed by the river Yamuna. This is made up of red sandstone .These is a sound and light show at the old Fort in Delhi. Other attraction near the old fort is Zoo, lake with a paddle boating facilities here. 

Jantar Mantar

Jantar mantar is situated in the Connaught Place. Jantar mantar was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai singh II rural and founder of Jaipur of India. He was the great astronomer King of Jaipur (1699-1743). Jantar Mantar is Made up of deep-red and white sloping stone , here is smart yantra the largest structure is gigantic sun dial .The giant sundials cast shadows, which is formerly used to calculate time, solar, lunar calendars and astrological movements with a degree of the precision and predict eclipses. 

Rashtrapati Bhavan
Rashtrapati Bhavan now the official residence of the president of India. It was built by Edwin Lutyens and sir Herbert Baker between 1921 and 1929, it has a amazing garden known as the Mughal Garden, which is open to public in the months of February and March.

India Gate
India Gate is located on Rajpath, the road which leads to the Rashtrapati Bhavan. It was constructed as a memorial to the 70,000 Indian soldiers who laid down their lives in World War I. India Gate is Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, below it burns the Amar Jawan Jyoti the , the flame in tribute to all martyred soldiers of India. It is 160 feet high with and an arch 138 feet and completed in 1931.

National Museum
National Museum is the largest Museum of New Delhi. It is located at Janpath. National Museum is exhibits from over 5000 years of Indian culture history. It has a three floors. The fine bronze Idols, stone sculpture, textiles, coins, and tribal art are all exhibited at the National Museum of Delhi. Display over 300 musical instrument in the museum.

Lotus Temple

Lotus temple is the most beautiful and magnificent temple in India. This is built in the shape of half opened lotus flower. This pure white marble temple is also known as Taj of modern India. The temple has 27 white marble petals and 9 pools. The perfect silence is maintained in the main hall of prayer. There the devotees to meditate and pray peacefully.
