Volunteer’s life and role on the field
Volunteers would teach at a school, orphanage or shelters for children across the city. Teaching would often not be structured by more of a informal kind, where volunteers would work closely with local staff, teachers and employees to help them work side by side with children who need more help than the others
A typical volunteer helping in this program would help the women with their social issues, which are common in rural and semi-rural parts of India. volunteers would get directly involved with the women, talking and working towards their betterment. volunteers work closely with grassroots level NGO's in India who are dedicated for the upliftment of the downtrodden women of the society. Volunteers can also help by teaching special skills like knitting and sewing.
Educational Requirement:
There is no educational requirement for this project anyone with a heart to help is welcome on this project! However proficiency in English is required.

A deposit of only $150 is required at the time of application. This is not a separate fee and will count towards your total program fee.
What we provide
Airport Receive/ Transfer: Our representative will greet you at the airport and will transfer you to your hotel/placement/home stay.
Orientation:
A half day orientation will be provided by our staff. We cover areas like, culture, greetings, locations, transportation etc. Each participant will be provided with a local Map of the city or Join our -- Orientation Week - Learn Language, History, Culture & Discover India!
Lodging:
Almost all placements have residential accommodation arrangements, however if that is not available volunteers will be staying with a local welcoming and educated family.
Food:
2 Indian meals will be provided in this project.
In – Country travel assistance:
If participants like to travel around, we provide with full support for bookings & arrangements to travel with India or Nepal.
In-country support:
24 hours support provided by our local staff.
Pre-departure information:
After we receive full and final payment all participants are provided by a pre-departure information booklet by e-mail which will have all vital information about your program.
As programs have limited availability we advise volunteers to apply are far in advance as possible to reserve a confirm placements for them.
