Golden Temple Amritsar Tour

This is an ideal trip fro volunteers going to Palampur. The Golden Temple is the holiest Temple for Sikhs and is very popular with tourists. The tour would also take you to Wagah Border to see the changing of guards ceremony on India and Pakistan border.  

Cost per person - $175 (A one day tour without Wagah Border is also available for $130 per person)

Itinerary

Day 1 - Volunteers would be driven to Amritsar which is 200kms away from Palampur by car and accompanied by our staff/coordinator. You would visit Wagah Border and see the changing of guards ceremony. Breakfast and Lunch would be provided. Over night stay at hotel.
 
Day 2 - You would visit Jaliyaan Walan Bagh, Durgayana Temple and Golden Temple. Breakfast and Lunch would be provided for the day. After this you would be driven back to Palampur.
